- Bela B Added 2017-09-16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Machabee has the worst costumer service ever. I spent $3000 and bought a Palliser sectional from them. First they tried to charge me more than the indicated price. Then it came to my home with a big water mark on it and a rip on the other side. It has now been two months since the sectional was delivered and they are not doing much to help me. I've never seen such poor customer service. I made the mistake of purchasing my sectional from them but needless to say I will not be a returning customer. If you want to buy a new furniture and expect no major damages on it then do NOT go to Machabee. They are very nice at the time of purchase. But expect no such thing as customer service after you pay.
